Fairway Golf Getaways designs personalized golf trip itineraries for groups. Each itinerary is custom-tailored to your group’s preferences—covering things like courses, accommodations, dining, off-course activities, and more, depending on the package purchased. The itinerary takes the planning out of the trip so you can simply book your trip and enjoy your golf getaway.

We specialize in planning and coordination rather than direct booking. Your itinerary includes detailed recommendations and links to book tee times, lodging, and transportation directly. This approach gives you full control over payments, flexibility, and loyalty points while still enjoying a curated plan.

Within 3 business days after you make your purchase, Fairway Golf Getaways will email you a link to an online questionnaire. After you complete our short questionnaire, we’ll review your preferences and coordinate a 20-30 minute meeting with you to go over additional details to better understand your trip desires. From there, we’ll build an itinerary outlining course options, lodging, and experiences that fit your group’s style and budget. You’ll have an opportunity to review and request one update within 5 days of delivery.

Fairway Golf Getaways recommends planning your trip 9 months in advance, but can be done much closer depending on region, season, and flexibility of courses and accommodations. Itineraries are created based on availability at that time. Courses and courses should be booked as soon as possible the ensure the best chance of securing the itinerary recommendations.

Short answer – yes. If your total group includes 8 people but only 4 people are golfing, then this can be discussed during the meeting. We will build your itinerary so that tee times consider the number of actual golfers, while the accommodations and other trip components can include the larger group.

Currently, we focus on U.S. golf destinations such as Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, Pinehurst, Northern Michigan, Scottsdale, and many, many more. However, international golf trips are in our roadmap—sign up for FGG Insights to be notified when they launch!
